The Turtle Rock Broadmoor Homeowner's Association
Construction News

As you all know, Irvine is a growing community and we're all affected by noise, dust and inconvenience.  Currently there are two very large new developments around Turtle Rock:  Shady Canyon and Turtle Ridge (Planning Area 27).  As a consequence of  the infrastructure build out to support these new communities, Culver Drive and Bonita Canyon Road are going to be widened and/or shut down for several months.  The Irvine Company and the city have (or are planning to set up) lines of communication via snail mail, e-mail, the web, etc... to keep the residents informed.  Also,
there are some homeowners that have been actively involved in the process.
